1. Introduction

Welcome to Janelle Anderson Art. By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Ownership of Artwork

• All artwork, designs, and images on this website are the intellectual property of Janelle Anderson Art.

• Purchasing a piece of art (original or print) does not transfer copyright.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from my artwork without written permission.

3. Products

• I take care to accurately describe and photograph my artwork. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

• Originals are one-of-a-kind pieces. Once sold, they cannot be reproduced.

• Prints and merchandise are made-to-order through professional print partners.

 4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• Payments are processed securely through PayPal.

• Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

 5. Shipping

• Shipping times are estimates only. I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.

 6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of artwork, I cannot accept returns for change of mind.

• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Original artworks are final sale.

 7. Limitation of Liability

• I take no responsibility for any loss or damage once the artwork has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

• I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my website or products.

 8. Privacy

• I respect your privacy. Please see my Privacy Policy for how I collect and use your information.

 9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Change of Mind

• As artwork is made-to-order or one-of-a-kind, I cannot accept returns for change of mind.

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos.

• I will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

 Original Artwork

• All original artworks are final sale. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

 Prints / Merchandise

• If a print arrives faulty or damaged, I will organise a replacement at no cost to you.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. PayPal may take 5–10 business days to return the funds to your account

Processing Time

• Originals: Orders ship within 5–7 business days of payment.

• Prints / Print-on-Demand items: Fulfilled by my print partners and usually ship within 7–14 business days.

 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Sent via Australia Post or courier.

• Delivery usually 3–10 business days after dispatch.

• Tracking details will be provided by email once shipped.

 International Shipping

• Available to most countries.

• Delivery usually 10–21 business days, depending on destination.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply.
